We really enjoyed our food and experience here. The waiter was very sweet and brought us a little crumb catcher to take home because we commented on it when he cleaned our table. We were celebrating a birthday and one of our desserts came with a birthday chocolate, a candle, and some dry ice to make it look fancy - and it was free! There were two things that brought our rating down a little. 1. The hosts at the front of the restaurant didn’t greet us or welcome us. We waited several minutes before they acknowledged us in any way. 2. The scallop dish that I got was WAY too salty. The scallops and the risotto both - you could visibly see the salt on the plate. Still, we would probably return for a special occasion and try some different items on the menu.

But let's talk about the dessert – it's truly irresistibly delicious! I'm generally not a big fan of sweets, but the warm butter cake at Ocean Prime completely won me over. I honestly couldn't stop eating it until there was nothing left! The combination of the warm cake with the ice cream is simply wonderful and a highlight of the meal. While I'd rate the steak a solid 8/10 – good, but perhaps not the absolute best I've ever had – the entire evening combined absolutely deserves a full 5 stars. This is largely thanks to the perfect service from the staff. Their attentiveness and professionalism truly elevate the experience. I will definitely be coming back to Ocean Prime!
I had an amazing experience thanks to our waiter, Matt. His service was truly five stars from start to finish. He was extremely attentive, professional, and you could immediately tell he takes his job very seriously. Matt made sure everything was perfect without ever being intrusive. It’s rare to find someone who delivers this level of genuine hospitality. He elevated the entire dining experience, and I wanted to make sure his hard work didn’t go unnoticed. If you’re dining here, ask for Matt — you’ll be in great hands.
Went for our anniversary and we loved it. Had a wonderful private table that had rose petals. From the live music, atmosphere, service and food - we have found a new annual tradition. King crab was phenomenal, lobster linguine was good but will get the lobster tails next time and carrot cake was excellent. Oysters were fresh and the sushi was so very good. Thanks for making our anniversary even more memorable.
This is a beautiful restaurant that also offers cute private dining tables, which I thought was super cute for a date night. We came for magical dining and everything from start to finish was amazing. Service was good, food and drinks were delicious as well. Highly recommend the 5 layer carrot cake for dessert.

Service and food were outstanding, with dishes well-prepared and beautifully presented. Main dishes average $60 USD, with sides at $20, resulting in an average check of about $100 per person. For a fine dining experience, this is one of the best spots in town for food and service. My only complaint is the dim lighting; while the romantic ambiance is nice, I needed my phone to read the menu.

The drinks were beautiful and the plating fantastic The bad: the food was incredibly mediocre. It wasn't bad, don't get me wrong, but it wasn't $60 for a steak good. I drank the black orchid drink and it was alright, if not a little watered down. My partner had the black and blue mojito and didn't like it at all. I had the lobster bisque, filet (medium rare), and the vanilla ice cream. My partner had the house salad, filet (medium rare) and the peanut butter pie. Nothing stood out as amazing to either one of us. I will say when I mentioned this to a friend, she brought up the truffle popcorn and I had to ask about it. The servers were great and brought us some at the end of the meal. It was pretty good, but I wish I had known about it at the beginning of the meal to ask up front. It was a 3.5 star experience
